Common Areas
Maintenance of common areas and infrastructure is of utmost concern to everyone in the community. Our staff routinely inspects and identifies areas in need of maintenance or repair. However, sometimes a problem arises between inspections. When this occurs, we rely on community members to call these issues to our attention. Once notified, we send out a dedicated staff member to evaluate and develop a long-term solution.
